Craig started riding bikes casually at the age of 15 on an XR100 but became seriously involved when he started working at a Harley Davidson dealership in 2002. Since then Craig has been on a whirlwind tour of the motorcycle world starting with a performance modified Harley Road Glide, moving on to a Ural CT, and then a 2008 Yamaha WR250R, which is where he fell back in love with dirt. The WR250R is also where Craig became connected with Rally Connex when he attended a Spring Training event and realized he wanted to up his game with off-road riding.
Since then Craig has moved onto a Beta 480RR for dirt, and a Buell X1 Lightning for street.
Craig’s real passion with bikes doesn’t lie with dirt or pavement though. You’ll find the biggest smile on his face when he swaps out his dirt wheels for ice racing tires and the the lakes start freezing over. He’s an avid ice rider and loves to teach others the art of sliding into corners. Craig works full time at Lang’s Offroad in Dorchester. Give him a call anytime! He’s always up to chat about bikes, and loves introducing the sport to new riders.
