The Ottawa Valley Rally is a heart-pounding, three-day trail ride explosion of off-road Enduro and Adventure/Dual Sport action, set in the rugged beauty of Barry’s Bay, ON, with Sunny Hill Resort as the perfect rider’s basecamp. Featuring endless single-track trails—with fresh routes added every year—this event delivers everything from flowing forest lines to technical terrain built for intermediate to advanced riders hungry for challenge.
Adventurers can chase epic dual-sport routes that seem to stretch on forever, conquering wild landscapes with every twist of the throttle. Beyond the trails, the weekend is packed with seminars, live entertainment, food vendors, a massive fireworks display, and exciting prizes and sponsor-backed draws—all amplified by the high-energy hype of Red Bull. With action from dawn to dark, the Ottawa Valley Rally is more than a ride—it’s an unforgettable off-road experience.
TRAIL RIDE FORMAT
Each day of the Ottawa Valley Rally delivers a fully immersive GPS-guided riding experience, built to challenge your skills and keep the adventure flowing from morning to evening. There are no paper arrows to follow—every rider navigates using prescribed GPS tracks, complete with clearly marked Easy and Hard options so you can choose your level of intensity as the terrain unfolds. The GPS files, provided as tracks and waypoints, are emailed to you a few days before the event so you have time to load them and get familiar with the route. And if tech isn’t your strong suit, the experienced Rally Connex staff will be on-site to help you install the files and get fully set up before wheels hit the dirt.
Out on the trails, you’ll never be left behind. A dedicated team of sweep riders supports the group throughout all three days, ensuring everyone stays safe, guided, and accounted for. To help keep you confidently on course, trail-ride signs will be placed at the entrances of single-track sections, confirming you’re heading down the right trail before you dive in. Riders will also receive basic paper maps via email and in printed form, giving you both a digital and physical reference to better understand where you are throughout the day and to visualize the overall layout of the route.
Strategically placed fuel stops and break areas are built into each route to keep you topped up, rested, and ready for more, giving you peace of mind that you won’t run out of gas and that help is never far away. From navigation to safety to comfort, every element of the ride format is designed to keep you rolling smoothly so you can focus on the thrill, the challenge, and the unforgettable adventure of the Ottawa Valley Rally.

Join us for a guided Ladies Dirt Bike Ride designed to empower, encourage, and push you—at your pace.
This ride features a thoughtfully curated main route that showcases a variety of terrain suitable for all skill levels, plus optional harder lines and challenges for those who want to turn the spice up a notch. Ride what feels good, challenge yourself when you’re ready, and cheer each other on every step of the way.

Relax in lakefront cabins with full-service kitchens, providing all the comforts of home while keeping you close to nature. Prefer to sleep under the stars? Choose from full-service campsites or primitive camping for a more rugged experience. After an exhilarating day of riding, unwind with a soak in the indoor heated pool and hot tub, or kick back by a crackling campfire with fellow riders. Enjoy stunning sunsets over the lake, challenge your friends in the arcade and rec hall, and take in the peaceful surroundings.

The after-party at Sunny Hill Resort is where the stories get bigger, the laughs get louder, and the good times keep rolling. Picture this: a massive bonfire, crackling away as riders swap tales of their most “graceful” wipeouts (don’t worry, we’ve all been there). Live Music, Fireworks will light up the night sky, and the stakes will be high in our riding challenge games, where skill, luck, and maybe a little bit of friendly sabotage will come into play.
And let’s not forget the prizes, giveaways, and draws, because who doesn’t love the chance to take home some sweet swag? Throw in some engaging seminars, plenty of laughs, and a community of riders who share your passion, and you’ve got the perfect way to cap off an epic day. RATES
Sign up for The Ottawa Valley Rally entry fee is $160.00 + tax if you pre register online. On-site day of the event registration cost is $185.00 + tax. Rates for accommodations are multi level, Depending on cabin size, trailer site or camping site sizes an amenities. Prices and are set by Sunny Hill Resort. Please contact them to book your stay. MADAWASKA COFFEE CO. BREAKFAST
Madawaska Coffee will be on site each morning serving fresh coffee, breakfast sandwiches, and delicious pastries available for purchase. It's the perfect way to fuel up before a great day on the trails.
FOOD
Food will be available for purchase all weekend long at the OVR, with plenty of tasty options to keep you fueled for the adventure!
-Your Friday trailside lunch can be pre-ordered from Mattawa Coffee House, and ordering links will be emailed to you after registration.
- Each morning on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, they’ll also be on site serving up fresh coffee, hot breakfast sandwiches, muffins, and buttery croissants available for purchase by cash, credit, or debit.
-For dinner, Hidden Valley Catering will have their food truck on site Friday and Saturday night, featuring a delicious Mexican fiesta meal one evening and a mouthwatering barbecue feast available for purchase by cash, credit, or debit.
-On Saturday’s trail ride, lunch will be available at The Bent Anchor Bar & Restaurant, where food can be purchased using cash, credit, or debit.
GPS & RENTALS
GPS rentals are available while quantities last. Cost per day rental starts at $25.00 to $55.00 plus a $100 cash damage/loss deposit upon time of pick up. The deposit will be refunded once the GPS has been returned and without damage. One set of batteries will be included. Deposit must be made in CASH. FREE EVENT-SHIRT
Sign up for the Rally before May 28th and receive a free event T-shirt. Registrations after May 28th will not receive a free t-shirt. Some extra event T-shirts will be made and available at our on-site registration, while supplies last. This will be on a first come first serve basis. The earliest time to claim a non-pre registered t-shirt will be on the Thursday of the event at 4pm onwards. There, you have been warned!
