SPRING TRAINING

Sponsored by Royal Distributing

MAY 10, 11/ 2025

2 GREAT CLASSES TO CHOOSE FROM!
Saturday will be geared towards Enduro-type bikes with aggressive tires. Sundays will be aimed at larger adventure bikes with less aggressive tires covering all types of on and off-road techniques. These classes are a great way to introduce yourself to what our off-road events have in store for you. Work on new techniques that will hone your riding skills to help master the Rock Hound Rally, conquer the Dacre, enjoy off-road sections at the Corduroy Trail ride, and much much more. Read more details below about the classes and location.

THE MORNING
The morning will start with topics that include bike setup, riding position, riding gear selection, use of motorcycle luggage, and what to pack while out on the trail. Then we will be placing riders in groups that match their riding abilities and head out in separate groups to start the riding portion of the day.

OUT IN THE FIELD
We will then ride to various training areas on the property. At each area, there will be a set of skill training drills led by the instructors. Topics that will be covered but not limited to include:  standing and sitting techniques,  braking,  clutch and throttle control, cornering,  balance and weight distribution, off-camber riding, overcoming large and small obstacles, wheelies, line selection, and much more. There will be plenty of time to practice these techniques and obtain a good understanding of them.

LUNCH
Students will have an opportunity to break for their own packed lunch at a scheduled time. Unlimited water and Redbull will be available! Lunch will NOT be provided by Rally Connex

AFTERNOON SESSIONS
We will continue to cover more techniques before we head out into the forest for a trail ride that will include, single-track trails, two-track trails, obstacles to overcome and small hill climbs to challenge yourself on.

CLASS SIZES

We normaly expect anywhere from 50 to 75 students spread apart in goups of 15 riders with there own team of teachers. Teachers will rotate thoughout the day between groups if nesseary to give everyone a vast learning experiance. Students can also be shuffeled around to different groups if expeiance and comfort level requires that to be done.
